Ski Leases
Although the days are still warm, it's not too early to start thinking about finding your seasonal ski lease. Ski leases offer the comforts of home with out the maintenance or 30 year mortgage. Avoid the quick turnaround driving or the cold motel room. Ski leases can be shared with your family and friends. Ski leases run from two to four months and can start as low as $1500 a month. They go up in size and amenities.

Winter
It's snowing! Winter has finally arrived. The snow started Sunday afternoon and by Monday morning, there was about 14 inches at lake level. It is clean, fresh, and light as air, the type of snow powder hounds look for. The resorts will open more runs and Tahoe will turn into a skier's paradise.
