Cold Creek Trail Home

We called it the un-retreat,(because we also come to this area to have a spiritual retreat with the ladies of Gods' Bouquet in another house that can have room for 12 ladies) thus this are ladies who were with me came just to enjoy being away. This house was beautiful, and updated. We are looking forward to renting it next year, and this time making it a longer stay. The view was awesome. We thank the managers for their help and recommendation of places to see.

What a lovely house this is. It snowed all weekend and was a winter wonderland. The view was beautiful. We celebrated our birthday here and enjoyed everything about this wonderful home. The football games were on downstairs and the rest of us could enjoy the peace and quiet upstairs with the view & fireplace. Enjoyed the hot tub too. Hope to stay here again sometime. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home in Tahoe.

From beginning to reluctant end, we had a wonderful time at this property. Phylise helped us choose the property and it was a perfect choice for several adults and four teenagers. The split level was great for the kids and we enjoyed the view and the fireplace upstairs without the throng of Rap music.
The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again! Accomodation Station is an EXCELLENT service!

I would have given the place 4 stars if it weren't for the fact that the hot tub never got that hot. It was a big reason we picked this place and everyone was really disappointed.

We rented this house in Jan 2012 and when we first arrived we experienced problems with electricity all through the evening and through approx 2pm the next day. An electrician was working on the property the first evening and all morning the second day. We had to use candles just to walk around the house and use the restroom. We couldn't use the Hot Tub until the second night (the property management was very professional about it and compensated us for this situation). Outside of this issue, everything was great. The only thing is that the property has very old carpeting and is very dusty, most of us had bloody noses throughout the whole 3 night stay. Not sure if this was caused by the dry air due to no snow, or is the property itself was very dusty. The view is amazing, spend as much time as you can on the patio! We hiked through the woods outside the property, absolutely beautiful. This is a very nice property for the price. One thing, it is true about the Hot Tub, you can't raise the temperature more than 100*, the water gets warm as you sit in the tub. The hot tub jets are very weak. Overall we had a great vacation, the Accommodation Station personnel was accommodating and professional. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was great. The view of the lake and mountains from the upstairs living room was amazing, there was plenty of space, nice kitchen and living areas. Unfortunately the hot tub just wasn't hot enough. I had read that in prior reviews and asked the management company and they said the hot tub worked well. But it doesn't. You couldn't stay in there for more than 15 minutes without getting a little chilly. Unfortunate because the rest of the house was great. They need to fix the hot tub!

This is a great place. The beds comfortable, great deck, and lot's of room in both levels. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc. The deck is a wonderful place to hang out with good weather. I'd definitely go back there again and recommend it to others.
Also the property management people were very friendly and helpful.

A group of friends have been going to this property for 14 years now. We lovingly call it "our house" as it is truly a haven for us! In the early years, we were a bit rowdier than we are now, but still have just as much fun. We eat, drink, sleep, shop and talk about every subject under the sun. The view from the balcony is incredible and the home is so inviting. We will continue returning as long as we can!

We have five children and we all had a comfortable and private place to sleep and still plenty of room for family time

Would suggest umbrellas for on the deck. Otherwise everything else was great.

I would just like to say we had the most amazing stay at Cold Creek! The staff at the accommodation station were awesome, and so helpful. The house was so homely, clean and had great views of the lake. All 9 of us staying there were so pleased with the house and can't fault anything! Definitely worth a stay.

I had family coming in from the Bay Area and this was a great location for them. The big surprise is that you actually have a Lake view from the back deck. We were all very surprised that this wasn't advertised. The unit was big and clean. I don't know that it sleeps quite as many as advertised as most of the beds are doubles, and in the summer afternoons, the temperature fluctuates wildly between the up and downstairs. Tons of hiking trails literally right across the street, clean hot tub and a fun horseshoe pit. Definitely a winner!

I rented this house for some friends coming into town. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The view from the deck is wonderful - your up with the tree tops. Its in a very nice neighborhood and is only minutes away from the lake and the casinos. My friends absolutely loved it.
