New mountain decor and furnishings have given this condo a wonderful charm to enjoy year round. Nice location toward the back portion of the complex backing to forest views. Both bedrooms are on the entry level. The larger bedroom with private fireplace and TV has a King bed . The second bedroom has a Double bed. One bath on this level with a 2nd bath upstairs with the main living area with vaulted ceilings. Single car garage with parking for another car in the commons parking area. Property also includes a stack washer/dryer. Physical address: Saddle Road, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150

The condo was "as advertised" and was in good working condition, except the heat discrepancy (hot upstairs/freezing down). Also, two hair blowers -neither in working condition, -but all in all a nice place in a good location. The downside is the "garage" was so low it could only house a small car. This required parking outside, but not allowed on the street. Unfortunately, the parking area around the condo had 1+ inch of ice. Despite the most cautious attempts, I fell hard twice. Safety maintenance is a must for winter months, and no attempt to remove this ice was made during my 3 day stay. Too dangerous during winter months.

Unfortunately the second bathroom shower did not work, but the garage made up for it. It snowed at night while we were there and that made it so much easier in the morning. The location and the view of the mountain also made this the perfect choice. I will remember this property for future visits.

This place was awesome. Fireplaces on each level made it nice and warm. The location can't be beat.....across the street from the CA Lodge at Heavenly. Walking to skiing was fun!

However we were disappointed with the lack of
amenities in the house and the cramped layout. It was really not suitable
for 6 people as advertised. We were only 4 but needing 3 separate sleeping
areas, and found it small. The living area was not really big enough for
the divan, which meant there was no dining table provided.

I was amazed at the cleanliness and modern amenities in this unit. Greta was more than helpful and accomidating. I have owned property in Tahoe in the past and feel like a local. I would recommend this property to anyone. It was perfect.

Great location at the foot of Heavenly Ski resort. Good bus access to downtown Lake Tahoe.
