Seasonal Rentals or Ski Leases
Some of our fully furnished South Lake Tahoe vacation rental properties can accommodate longer seasonal stays of 1-6 months or Ski Leases. If you are planning on visiting Tahoe for a longer period or looking for temporary housing in the area, we can help you find a property to meet your needs.
Contact us with your dates and requirements. We will email you with a current listing of options. In order to provide you with the best information, we need some pertinent information,such as, number of people in the group, if you have pets, desired length of stay, and budget. Our list will include property descriptions, rates, availability and physical addresses. Smaller properties for 2-4 people will start at $1500.00 per month plus utilities and snow removal. Larger homes to sleep 6-10 people average $1700.00 -$2500.00 per month plus utilities and snow removal.
South Lake Tahoe Long Term Rentals
Accommodation Station manages over 150 South Lake Tahoe long term rental properties. The properties listed below are available now or in the near future. Availability dates determine whether we can issue you a key or make an appointment with the current tenant to view the property. You are welcome to drive by any of the properties, however PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB THE TENANTS.
In order to be considered for a particular property, all persons over the age of 18 must submit an application. A link to a printer friendly version of the most up-to-date application form is listed at the bottom of this page. Upon approval of tenancy and prior to move-in, most properties require a full first month’s rent plus security deposit. Partial months for move-in dates after the 1st of the month are collected on the second month of tenancy.
