Here is an opportunity to have it all! Pool table, lake views from two decks, a private Jacuzzi and all within 1 mile to the Heavenly ski area. Bedding allows a maximum of 12 people in this comfortably furnished 4 bedroom + loft 3 bath home. On the middle level of this tri-level home, the dining room and kitchen are open and connected, a nice offering for a large gatherings. Two of the bedrooms have master suites and all four bedrooms have Queen beds (one which also has a Double futon). In addition there is a Queen sofa bed in the rec room loft area.Upstairs, the rec room/loft has a TV, board games, dartboard, pool table. Right outside is the Jacuzzi. GREAT!.. VERY HELPFUL!!.. The kitchen was stocked with pans pots.. The game area was perfect for children!.. Neighbors were great!.. The house was just amazing!.. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Loved the view, hated the stairs. Hot tub was 100% perfect. Ms. Pac Man could've worked better (at least as good as it did when we booked the reservation. Its limited operation was the only surprise/letdown of the weekend.) Pool table was far from perfect, but perfectly playable (which is to say, better than usual rental quality). No worries from neighbors. Limited on-site parking was a minor inconvenience. Even for a four-bedroom, I'd still call it "very roomy" inside.
The pic's don't give the house proper credit. We were really surprised at how nice the house was when we got there. It is off in the hills with enough privacey but only a few minutes away from the strip. We will deffinetly be back!

Had a great time. The house was amazing. Beautiful views of the mountains and the lake. Located close to everything. Very clean. Recommend this place if you have a large group. Plenty of room for everyone.

The place is in general nice, but if it were mine, I'd improve the fixtures. Some of the good things: the location is excellent, the hot tub is very nice, and the views from the deck are really nice! The lady across the street in 3763 allowed us to park an extra car in her driveway and she was really nice. The lady with the carport directly across from 3770 yelled at someone for momentarily blocking her driveway while unloading and was not nice. Low points of the home: the kitchen faucet is broken, the instant hot water dispenser didn't work, some of the dishes were dirty when we got there. The Pac Man machine requires quarters. The ball return on the pool table was broken and there are no good cues. The dart board is a cheap soft-tip board nailed to a bedroom door and there are no darts. So the whole "pool table, dart board, Pac Man machine" advertisement is a little misleading.

Upper deck has a fabulous view. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Steps are only drawback, especially for luggage. A little old inside, but very clean. 3 full baths in bedrooms, make this more ideal for 3 couples.
