SITZMARK CONDOS are a small group of 12 units just inside the entry of the Heavenly Ski Resort at the CA base lodge. Popular year round, the skiers can enjoy coming home for lunch or bringing the kids home for a nap. Summertime guests will enjoy the peace and quiet, views of the mountain, summertime swimming pool and a year round Jacuzzi. Each condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths and a woodstove. Units #1 and #2 can sleep a maximum of 6. Unit #3 is a deluxe accommodation to sleep a maximum of 4.
CASTLE ROCK CONDOS are a small grouping of townhouse style condos approximately 1 1/2 miles past the California border into Nevada. Close to Nevada beaches, including Zephyr Cove Beach. Walk to the local grocery store, video store and a few charming restaurants. Carport for 2 cars + ski storage locker. Seasonal pool in summer.
LAKE VILLAGE CONDOS are located in a forest like setting just 1 1/2 miles past the casino area into Nevada. Also close to the Nevada beaches and the World Class Edgewood Gof Course. Typically only three or four condos per building. Clubhouse amenities include a year round jacuzzi, ping pong table and dry sauna (mens and womens).. Seasonally, tennis courts and an outdoor pool are available at no added fee. Maximim parking 2 cars per condo.
CONCEPT SIERRA is a small grouping of condominiums directly across from Heavenly's California main lodge at the Keller Road entrance Walk home for lunch or to give the kids a nap. Designed for a maximum of 4 people, each cozy condo has a gas log fireplace in both the living room and master bedroom. There is a Jacuzzi in the commons area shared by all condos. It is located approximately 1 1/2 miles to to the casinos and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Maximum 2 cars.
THE ORION CONDOS with its exceptional lakeviews and Carson Valley views is located at the top of Kingsbury Grade ( SR207) just a short distance Heavenly's Nevada base lodges of Stagecoach and Boulder. Upper unit of a four-plex. Covered parking for 1 vehicles + 1 car in the common parking area.
CHATEAU-DU-LAC CONDOS enjoy partial to full lakeviews from the main living room on the second level. Small complex of townhouse styled condos located at the very end of Lakeview Sttrret. Quiet and private. These condos have a seasonal pool, however, no Jacuzzi on the complex. Just a short walk down the street to the local beaches. Parking for 2 vehicles, one within a private garage.
THE SUMMIT condos are on Ski Run Blvd, just a block above the Heavenly Ski shuttle route. Parking for 2 vehicles, 1 in a carport + 1 in general parking area. Two units per building affords privacy. Seasonal pool and year round jacuzzi.
