Extra tall open beamed ceilings, wood burning fireplace, additional sitting loft, country kitchen and parking for 3 cars. Front deck comes equipped with furniture seasonally and a PRIVATE JACUZZI. Navajo Home From the Navajo home it is just a short drive to several of south shore's best beaches including Nevada Beach, Round Hill Pines, and Zephyr Cove. It's great location in the Round Hill neighborhood puts it within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The multi level 3000 square foot home has been reciently updated with new furniture, carpet and a lovely kitchen. The floor plan provides privacy as well as a comfortable living space for group gatherings. Family room that boasts a 47" satellite/DVD, POOL TABLE. Maximum occupancy 14 guests. Parking for 5 cars.

	Pioneer Trail Cabin For the budget minded, here is an excellent choice for large groups. This simply furnished cabin backs to National Forest Land and is 7 miles to the downtown casinos and Heavenly Resort. Four Bedrooms +2 baths. Maximum occupancy 12 guests. Parking restricted to 2 vehicles.

Player Home The spacious floor plan is well suited for 10 guests. There is even enough room for all the cooks to be in the kitchen at the same time. The back yard opens to National Forest land, which affords some great views from either the living room or the fantastic back deck. Open beamed ceilings and light wood paneling compliment the mountain setting. Two bedrooms, 2 baths and a sizeable loft which is set up to easily accommodate a group of 4 singles in individual beds. Private Road Home and Studio Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with a great Heavenly location, this home is all a family or group of friends could want. Sleep up to 10 in the main house or "add on" the mother-in-law (with separate entry) and sleep 15. The PRIVATE JACUZZI on the upstairs deck comes with the rental for either size group. Upgraded decor and furnishings , wood burning fireplace , gourmet kitchen and plenty of space for everyone. The mother-in-law comes complete with its own living/dining room, kitchen and bath. The main home of 3 bedrooms + loft and another 2 baths sits above.( Mother-in-law is not available as a separate rental) Maximum occupancy 15 guests
