Also use it for a play room with a bumper pool table , 2nd CTV/VCR and wet bar. Upstairs, there is a King bedroom and a Queen bedroom. Entry level has 2 bedrooms each with a Queen bed . Amenities include gas BBQ, washer/dryer, stereo CD player, double car garage, sunny open decks with furniture in the summer. Maximum occupancy 10 guests. Parking for 2 cars in garage + 2 on driveway.
