We explained this to you several times. While we understand your disappointment, we have been extremely clear that the hot tub was not part of the rental.

We love our furry friends and yes, the yard is just perfect for them. We are very upset about the smoking issue. Neither us nor the management company allow smoking inside. It is written in the rental agreement. Our sincere apologies for this!! We are checking into the issue with the shower head and will make sure it is taken care of. There is one there, it's just small. We will replace it with a larger one. Again, we do appreciate your input and hopefully you can come back another time soon.

When left empty for a couple of days, and then filled up with warm food, it can take awhile for it to adjust. But playing with the controls just makes it worse so it's best just to let it do its thing.

We will take a look at the stove and make the recommendation to the owner. Thanks for bring it to our attention. And we'll remove the DVD player. But we are glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise.
